We welcome Liz Feld of ‘Radical Hope’ to speak at the church on Sept. 27 (7:00 p.m.) The first in a series of monthly speakers presented by our new Shalom Mental Health Ministry, Ms. Feld is CEO of the Radical Hope Foundation, which was founded by Pam and Phil Martin, along with Larry Bossidy, following the suicide of their son, and Larry’s grandson, in 2017. Ms. Feld will speak about the foundation’s mission to address the American mental health crisis in the lives of young adults through collegiate skills programming to build resilience while strengthening connections and community. Fairfield University is participating in this programming and a Fairfield student will join us to speak of her positive experience.
