If you are accepted, you will be notified no later than April 1st and will be provided with an information packet with further logistical details. If you are not accepted, we will notify you and provide you with a full refund for the registration fee. All fees must be paid upon application.

Policies
The Festival will be held rain or shine! There is no rain date. Refunds will not be issued for bad weather.
Exhibitors must use their own display racks, including tents. There is no limit on the number of items to be displayed and sold in a category. No commission is collected by the organizers of this show. There will be no refund of show fee if you cancel. The Dogwood Festival reserves the right to request any exhibitors not observing the policies of this show or not observing a considerate and professional manner to leave the site.
•Please note that there will be no electricity, no security and no interior storage. This is an outside show. All tents must be white in color. For exhibitors going beyond the boundaries of their booths, an extra charge ($50.00 or more) will be incurred. Accepted exhibitors will receive confirmation, exhibitors not accepted will receive a refund of show fee. All spaces are pre-assigned.
•Crafter check-in and set up during scheduled time period only. The Dogwood Festival reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary for the improvement of this show.
•No special requests will be honored at check-in. If you have a special request regarding your booth, it must be submitted at the time you submit the application form and payment.
•Please note that vendors will be required to move their vehicles to a parking lot located off-site, in order to free up our limited parking for festival customers. Shuttles will run continuously to return vendors to their booths.
•Food vendors: you will need to obtain a temporary permit from the Fairfield CT Dept of Health.
