1726
First meeting house constructed.
1760
A new meeting house built near the site of present church. Funds raised by the sale of private pews.
1840
First heat supplied by wood burning stove.
1845 – 1848
A new Gothic style church was built on the site of the old meeting house, facing south.
1854
Gothic style church burned down.
1854 – 1855
Present church structure was built.
1887
Original organ.
1912
Parlor was built as an addition to the church.
1944
A hurricane blew the steeple off the church. Funds raised to hire local architect, Cameron Clark, to build a new steeple and remodel the building including replacing the stained glass windows with clear windows.
1960
Sanctuary interior redecorated, including replacement of Masonite floors with random width oak planks, interior painting and replacement of cushions.
1961
Various repairs made to the sanctuary, guided by Samuel Grandin. With gratitude for his work, the Grandin patio was established in his memory.
1962
New organ acquired and paid for by a bequest of the Bradford Warner estate.
1984
Rows of pews added to the balcony designed to give occupants a clear view of the chancel thereby increasing seating capacity in the sanctuary.
1986
Extensive repair of the church steeple, removal of oil storage tanks, correction of drainage problems, organ repair and a major renovation of the Bronson Road parsonage.
